Motivation Monday

I've been off the rails for most of the last month. I'm not quite sure what happened with my July goals. I will check in on them later emoticon
I haven't set any August goals yet except to work on the August Challenge for A Book Club team. My personal goal there is to work on the house for at least 15 min per day.

I need to go back to faking it until I make it. That means I need to be more diligent in tracking and making good choices. Instead of eating the potato chips I want for breakfast, I need to choose the protein bar and fruit when I head down there soon. I can do this. I just need to remind myself that I made it below my 240 threshold in July, I CAN do it again in August! I have doctor's appointment later this month and I REALLY, REALLY want to be below 240 at that appointment, at least on my scale.

Goals for today:

emoticon Drink water and tea with a maximum of 8oz of juice or gatorade today-- Water and tea with 4oz of RC due to a migraine

emoticon Freggie with each meal and snack-Nope, I ate too many hazelnut wafers without a freggie.

emoticon Get to the store for the painting items. -DH went instead

emoticon Go to the DMV for sticker-Not going to happen today

    What WAS it about last month?? I had a lousy month too. Off the rails is a good description of it. Glad to hear you're back on track. I'm making an effort at that too; maybe some of your motivation will rub off on me. Hope you have a healthy day too!
