I've been off the rails for most of the last month. I'm not quite sure what happened with my July goals. I will check in on them later
I haven't set any August goals yet except to work on the August Challenge for A Book Club team. My personal goal there is to work on the house for at least 15 min per day.
I need to go back to faking it until I make it. That means I need to be more diligent in tracking and making good choices. Instead of eating the potato chips I want for breakfast, I need to choose the protein bar and fruit when I head down there soon. I can do this. I just need to remind myself that I made it below my 240 threshold in July, I CAN do it again in August! I have doctor's appointment later this month and I REALLY, REALLY want to be below 240 at that appointment, at least on my scale.
