I've been doing good getting over 10k lately. Gonna try to get it up over 15 and 20k, but do some of it with relaxing kind of walking. Been reading that too much is not good too. Going to the doc today to see what she says. I walk a lot for depression, so I have to find a good balance here. I am so thankful for all the support and inspiration here. You got me going! When I saw you doing close to, or over 20k steps daily when I was only doing like 3k a day I thought - if she can do that, I can at least get to 10k.
I also have a new pair of tennis shoes I bought at a store specializing in running shoes. I am doing some more of that now too. Doing it slowly so I don't invite injury. It was an awesome feeling when I got around the high school track the first time.
