TXPATRIOT thanks for the challenge and adding the upper levels at 15,000 and 20,000 steps. For those of us who routinely get in our 10,000 steps, this adds a new level for us.

For those who are off and stepping - have a fantastic challenge. For those who have not started, hope you will get moving and join in the fun.

I've been doing good getting over 10k lately. Gonna try to get it up over 15 and 20k, but do some of it with relaxing kind of walking. Been reading that too much is not good too. Going to the doc today to see what she says. I walk a lot for depression, so I have to find a good balance here. I am so thankful for all the support and inspiration here. You got me going! When I saw you doing close to, or over 20k steps daily when I was only doing like 3k a day I thought - if she can do that, I can at least get to 10k.

I also have a new pair of tennis shoes I bought at a store specializing in running shoes. I am doing some more of that now too. Doing it slowly so I don't invite injury. It was an awesome feeling when I got around the high school track the first time.

And it all started with you...
