Well I'm at work right now in the middle of a 15 hour night shift. Ugh. The last 2 days were good for me I stuck to my diet and got my workouts in. Feeling good about that. The plan for today is get off work at 10am , go home and take a nap them get up and go on a walk with my son. It's going to be an easy rest day for me. Tuesday my friend are going for a run through the park then doing the monument steps a few times and then leg ST. Im excited for.that.
As far as nutrition will be going today I'm going to use my slow cooker and make healthy beef stew loaded with veggies and eat that for lunch and dinner since I know I'll be tired. That way I have no excuse not to easy healthy.
Ok back to work.
