My favorite thing to do--the most relaxing thing in the world for me--is reading my many, many health magazine subscriptions. In fact, I'd have trouble counting up in my head how many subscriptions I have subscribed to (I have to keep a chart to organize renewal dates, etc).
Anyway, I read this in one of my magazines & thought it was worth sharing. It was entitled, "You Have the Secret to Transforming Your Life!"
No wonder you're worn out.
But you don't need coffee, supplements, energy drinks, or a spa.
The real cure to fatigue is fast and free:
It's putting some "me" back into your day.
Doing something that makes you happy works wonders!
I spent the majority of this past weekend catching up on my stack of magazines and found it to be very calming. And more importantly, it made me very happy. Find what makes you happy & by all means, DO IT!
