I finished Week 1. I have my rest day tomorrow, thank the Lord.
I told my hubby that I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I have worked out 6 days in a row since Iíve known him!
Jillian Michaels Body Revolution is a 90 day program divided into 3 phases. And, if you have ever done any Jillian Michaels dvdís, you know she doesnít mess around. The program incorporates both cardio and strength training.
