Whew!

I finished Week 1. I have my rest day tomorrow, thank the Lord.

I told my hubby that I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I have worked out 6 days in a row since Iíve known him!

Jillian Michaels Body Revolution is a 90 day program divided into 3 phases. And, if you have ever done any Jillian Michaels dvdís, you know she doesnít mess around. The program incorporates both cardio and strength training.

    Nope... Jillian Michaels does not mess around! She's a maniac and her fitness routines work for me too! I'm happy that you're persevering and not giving up. I need to start a Jillian Michaels dvd program again... It really makes a difference! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I'm on my second go through of Body Rev, about to finish weeks 7-8. You probably are anticipating it, but it gets a lot harder from weeks 1-2. I read the rest of your review on your blog, lol love the pic of jillian. I think a lot of people feel that way haha.But really, I love her bc shes gotten me to where I am and its fun to yell at her. I agree, the cardio can be repetitive doing it the whole month, but I like your idea of switching out the second cardio of the week for something else; I did that as well. it also helps to put her on mute and play music to get you through.   As I've been told, if it's too easy, everyone would be doing it so consider that a lot of people are taking the easy way out and we've been doing it to ourselves. It may seem tough now, and already you've been able to hang in there. You're doing a great job and the results are going to floor you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
