had a good day today

my exercises today.
treadmill 15 minutes
recumbent bike 30 minutes and then another 40 minutes
strength training 20 minutes
walk in the neighborhood 20 minutes

tonight my son and I watched our DVD Hairspray (with John Travolta)

Tomorrow will be the open house for his new school. August 14th my so will be starting 7th grade. I am so nervous for him. I hope he makes a lot of friends and joins a sport or something at school.
