July Review - August Goals

July: I started over again on the last week of July. Started tracking food food and exercising and eating right. I walked 3 miles a night, the last week of July.
Continue to eat fruits/veggies daily.
Continue to track food.
Exercise at least 30 min a day.
Continue drinking lots of water.
Positive thinking only!
Keep moving forward! No stopping or going backwards!
No excuses! Just do it!
Whatever August brings, I'm ready! Bring it on!
