July Review - August Goals

July: I started over again on the last week of July. Started tracking food food and exercising and eating right. I walked 3 miles a night, the last week of July.

August Goals:

emoticon Continue to eat fruits/veggies daily.
emoticon Continue to track food.
emoticon Exercise at least 30 min a day.
emoticon Continue drinking lots of water.
emoticon Positive thinking only!
emoticon Keep moving forward! No stopping or going backwards!
emoticon No excuses! Just do it!

Whatever August brings, I'm ready! Bring it on!
