Had a very productive day today and I think I have a simple glass of water to thank for it. Last night I read an old post on how well a workout went after I made myself drink a glass of water so this morning, I tried it again and it worked. Not only was my workout great, I had mad energy until 4 pm. Why did I ever stop doing that?
Now for those of you who successfully drink a gallon a day, this might not seem exciting but for me who struggles to get down even 20 ounces of liquid a day, it's a big deal.
This is going to be another new challenge for me this month. No I'm not going to try to drink 64 ounces a day right off the bat but I figure at least half of that is a reasonable goal to start with.
8 ounces in the morning pre workout, 8 ounces during and I'm halfway there. The rest will take some effort but it will be worth it.
