I m soo anxious about seeing my daughter & the newest addition tomorrow. That I find myself munching. I m trying not 2 munch on the wrong stuff so I m sitting here eating lettuce.
I have prepared a wks worth of meal replacement shakes & I baked some quiche. I only recently starting eating quiche but I love it. the latest quiche has broccoli, bella mushrooms & onions. My LaLa loves them so that can make a good snack 4 her only 119 calories a serving. I have also prepared my salad stuff; I have sliced/chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers, lettuce & tomatoes.
Although I will have some unhealthy meals this wk I do plan 2 try 2 stay within my calories. I will also b going 2 the gym & riding my bike most days.
