Going camping so much has really put a damper on my weight loss. It's so hard for me to make my gym classes when we're out at the campground all the time.
On the plus side, we finally bought a rack for the back of the van so we can all bring our bikes camping. That way at least I can workout that way!
Last week the only classes I made it to was Zumba! Guess I know which ones I like best LOL!
I have decided I am going to put the scale away for about 3 months and not look at it. Not weigh myself, just go with how my clothes are fitting and then see how I am doing at the end of 3 months. I think the scale is making me frustrated, as the numbers don't move (been at 170 now for a month) but I know I am toning based on how my clothes are fitting.
We are going home from the campground tomorrow, so I'll be able to make all of my classes this week.
I am NOT going to be discouraged!! I can do this!
