Today was the last day of my sparkcoach membership. The topic was fitting for all of my challenges. Willpower:
1st defining it really helped:
Willpower is the power to control one's actions, impulses, or emotions.
So what can I do to have long lasting willpower?
Avoid situations such as bakeries that have treats that tempt me
Imagine my vice foods as not so delicious items; for example a marshmallow as a cotton ball. (Sparkpeople Video- Coach Birdie)
Had my willpower energy charged and ready to take on this week and weeks and months to come.
