It's time for a review of my fitness routine. I just read a Spark article that explains how adding some spice to our fitness program can be very beneficial.
Here are some ideas that I think are worthy of consideration.
How about joining me for a few laps?
Or perhaps a new yoga class?
If you like the outdoors, how about some hiking?
Or something a bit more creative?
But if all else fails
