Today I received a long article from a very health conscious friend. I took lots of notes for myself, but it was a very long and informative article and worth reading and sharing. There were two web sites mentioned, one was www.Authority Nutrition and the second was Wellnessmama.com If you are interested check them out.
One long article was called:
"9 reasons to avoid sugar as if your life depended on it."
Very informative and had lots of comments too. Being that Sugar is a "TRIGGER" food
for me, I was happy to find out so much about this. Another article talks about how- Grains are slowly killing us........Take it for what it is worth to you..... The second web site gave lots of articles on nutrition and what is healthy, meal plans, recipes and lots more. So, even though this is not my words, I thought some people may be interested in reading some new thoughts and ideas on Wellness. Let me know if any of this is helpful to you. I am a long way to getting to goal, but do enjoy new articles to help me lose weight. It is a daily chore, but so necessary to become healthier and feel and look better. I need to do this and will not quit. No one ever said it was going to be easy
to plan healthier habits and get in a trim looking shape. Many of you have motivated me to keep trying and keep pushing We are worth it!!
