Plan Update

When I first "restarted" Sparkpeople, I posted a plan. Here is the updated version.

1. BUY A FREAKING SPORTS BRA
2. At 30lbs lost, buy those sweet NewBalance shoes you saw
3. Sign up for Dirty Girl
4. Seriously, do the damn strength training.
5. Keep working out 5-6 days a week.
6. Incorporate some road runs.
7. Follow C25K interval plan starting 8/12/13
9. Don't die doing Dirty Girl.
