not sure what happen just busy and eating so many sweets its disgusting.
Breakfast watermelon

lunch tomato cucumber
snack watermelon

supper chicken breast
salad
brocolie
dressings watermelon

snack orange or strawberries and glad of skim milk

back jogging first day since injury YEA

last night first time with hot pad on legs really worked better then I thought
this week back to normal eating a must and more jogging

    I bought a watermelon yesterday and cut it up this morning .... sure is good but I think you had more than I did today .... love it ice cold ! Roc
