FSD Day 4 & Goals For The Week

I'm off to a great start today. Completed 3 miles and the squat challenge after work this morning.

My goals for this week are to:

-workout at least 5 days

-get in at least 25 miles

-complete the squat challenge daily

-eat at least 6 fruggies daily

-drink at least 12 glasses of water EVERYDAY

-get back on track with TFSD 

-study A&P daily
