2nd week of travel and slightly better decisions but still not a good week.
Goal for this week - focus on the things done well and blog these daily
Sunday -- Stuck to menu plan for today and took doggies hiking!
Monday -- YEAH -- another menu nailed and awesome exercise with weights and elliptical
Tuesday -- YEAH -- Breakfast was fantastic
Wednesday --- YEAH -- menu nailed and repeated weights and elliptical exercise wooohooo
