Back to a lifestyle of fitness - and Sparking!

Last month, I earned 1000 Spark Points, and I logged over 1500 fitness minutes.

It has been a long, long time since I've posted a 'double 1000' month - probably at least two years. Anytime I can do both, I feel that I've made remarkable progress toward getting fit.

And I have. I remember 3 and a half years ago being so, so out of shape and so overweight that even the slightest walks up stairs or walking from one office building to the next was simply a chore. I never, ever want to see those days again.

So I have been able to get my 'fitness grove' back. Now, I need to get my 'nutrition groove' back so I can get back to a more healthy weight. That's just going to require the discipline of more moderation in my eating habits and more consistent tracking of my food.

I'll get there. I've done it before. I can do it again.

    Yes it is true when you log the double 1000 pts and fitness minutes, you know you are doing something right. I think this might be a good way for me to think about monthly goals. Keep up the awesome momentum.
