Rest, Relaxation, Working Out, and Eating Healthy

On the spur of the moment, my husband suggested that we take the day and drive to the Finger Lakes. Now one of my great pleasures is visiting wineries once or twice a year (not so much my husband's, since he hates wine!). It was a gorgeous day and I began to think about how taking the time to relax is also so important. I know I went on a vacation early on in the summer, but it wasn't restful. Absolutely fantastic, yes, but not relaxing!
It was a perfect day! Just what both of us needed!
I am done "recharging" for now and ready to start the new week!
Recharging my batteries should be one of my goals too. Otherwise, working out, eating healthy, and tracking everything can become stressful. What do you do to relax and "destress" yourself?
