Isn't it awful that the little taste of whatever we are cooking on the stove counts? I mean we had to taste it to make sure the recipe came out good. Right? Honestly though how DO you keep track of all those calories on the tracker? I ask you? So what we are saying is we have to own that bite, too? We know. That may be why we are not losing. You think?
You mean we can't finish what is on our husbands' plates after dinner? I mean we were raised not to waste food. In America we were told children were starving we must clean our plates. We have to eat that last little bit off his plate. We measured what was on our plates. That's what counts right?
Are we keeping track of our calories for our health or vanity?
