Great Day!

It was a very productive day today! I managed to get my errands run (including a very special one), spent some quality time with myself at the Y in Gig Harbor running 33 laps in the shallow pool (3 sets of 11 laps interspersed with 3 sets of 50 flies with the largest water resistance weights, and 2 sets of 20 pull-throughs [a great core workout in and of itself], and completed a speed walk/shop through every aisle of the local Costco before trekking home.

Feeling satisfied, a little tired, and full of anticipation for a workout date with a friend tomorrow morning and looking forward to going to the Butterfly Ball tomorrow evening!
