So, I decided that yesterday was going to be a freebie day, but that I would still track what I ate to keep myself honest. On one hand the freebie day was a BAD idea. I ate over 2800 calories. On the other had it was a good idea because I'm learning what NOT to do and that just as important as learning the right things to do.
I've decided instead of having one free be day a week I'm going to have two freebie meals a week, still probably on the weekends, but then I might only go 100 calories over my limit instead of 700.
So, all in all, I'm happy. I'm learning and I'm moving forward.
