Plateau is busted! I have lost 6 pounds since the beginning of July. I am now out of the 240's and in the 230's. I plan on never seeing the 240's again!!
I went to the gym this morning and rode on the stationary bike for 40 min. At home I did a SP video and worked some more on moving books.
This afternoon was filled with errands & shopping.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day in for the 5% challenge.
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. High protein bar for one snack
was out doing errands so no snack
5. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
