August Goals

July was a really good month. I not only met the majority of my goals last month so this month I need to up my goals, while still keeping them SMART. So here goes……

1. Do a minimum of 1500 minutes of exercise
• Build on the habit of exercising on the weekends by adding 20 minutes of cardio on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Concentrate on adding at least 15 minutes of strengthen training at least 4 times a week

2. Lose 4 pounds
• Make a meal plan every weekend for the upcoming week
• Complete at least 20 minutes of exercise on the weekends

3. Walk at least one 5K

4. Walk 55 miles, that includes the treadmill, walking videos, and outside
