I got off track with the blogging thing last week.... I'm going to do better this week. I still did my exercise, but my eating wasn't the best. I accidentally ate gluten and it made me feel really sick.
Today is day 1. Not even going to weigh in because I know I'm retaining fluid.... but I've been making healthy choices today and I'm on track for a fabulous week!
Breakfast: protein shake, strawberries and blackberries, 2 eggs cooked in pasture butter, 2 slices of bacon.
Lunch: Chicken breast cooked in bacon fat, leftover vegetable soup.
Snack: another protein shake after my workout, half a bar of dark chocolate.
Dinner: Steamed cod over zucchini and carrot pasta with olive oil and Bragg's seasoning and lemon slices, a bit of butter. 10 Grapes.
Snack#2: a serving of raw nut clusters
Today I did ST at the gym and cardio in the lap pool afterwards. I feel awesome :) So much energy...and so pleasantly sore.
Goals for tomorrow:
-Do some laundry
-Walk in the park
-Make a meal plan for the rest of the week
-All home-cooked meals and snacks

Yoga/Strength Training: 1/3
