Laid back day + 4 laps aroud reservoir

No medical updates or anything....

Read lots and lots today, Michael Palmer's "Political Suicide".
Did finish that Spiderman hat, I will try to post a pic of it.

Buddy and I did 4 laps again was very tiring, don't know if it was because it was later in the day or not..... will have to dry earlier and see if I just have to work up to it.

Breakfast - cottage cheese, prunes, ginger cookies
Lunch - chicken veg. soup, almonds, chestnuts
Supper - Mexican rice with black beans, corn and salsa, apple

Snack - all bran bar, g salad on wasa, watermelon

    Great job on the laps. I used to be in the habit of walking early and somehow got out of it. I've been trying very hard to get out earlier again. It does make a difference to me on how hard/easy it seems.

I have to get busy on making scarves. My church takes them down to the Cathedral where the Bishop is, has them blessed, and passes them out to the homeless. Last year, I had five that I had done and wanted to make more this year. I'm only on the first one.

    Congratulations on getting the laps in and the excellent menu! Some days I enjoy my walk and feel vigorous about it, and others I just get it done. emoticon Can't wait to see the hat!

    sounds like a good day . 4 laps is excellent, just watch you dont get heat stroke, or is it not as hot there as it is here?
