Today has been super boring and one of those days where I am bored but don't feel up to doing anything. I almost wish I was at work so I had something to do, that's saying a lot! lol.
Guess I should take the quiet/down time to figure out how to reduce the stress levels in my life...my chiropractor can tell that I am super stressed and I think she feels bad that she can't do more to help me. So I suppose I should take time to evaluate my routine a little more and add in some things to combat stress better. My life definitely needs more balance!
So, I really did take some time and think about my daily routine! I searched on pinterest for a good template to use and dug out my markers. I had a lot of fun problem solving my way through what a good routine would be for me. It's even something that DH could follow as when I am at work he can watch tv, clean, sleep, or whatever he wants that's not in my routine.
My next project is going to be coming up with a list of things that fit into my "yellow area" in my routine. Things like meditation, prayer, reading, etc. I would say yoga as well but that fits more in my "green area"-exercise!
Guess my boring day has turned into a rather okay one after all.
