Cheat day is here!! I love following Chris Powell's Choose to Lose Carb Cycle plan!!
I have had a piece of banana bread with breakfast...then I had a good sized piece of vanilla cake with icing
...now I am choppping on some chewy candy
and a small bowl of cheetos...yum! Then after diner I have an ice cream sandwich in the freezer!! Along with eating healthy of course!!
