as normal week one is a review of the last month and a chance to set out some goals for the month ahead.

here in the UK we are having a heatwave and I know I shoud`nt but I am drinking too much pop that needs to stop also, now this is very naughty and I must stop steve buys me one litre boxes of ice cream I open it and before I know where I am the box is empty and I feel guilty
so my goals are as follows
1 have a couple of spoons of ice cream and put the tub back in the freezer
2 drink less pop more water

    Those sound like very practical goals for August. The ice cream story sounds like it could be happening at my house. I'm really not safe around the stuff. Good strategy to go for the water. I'll have some with you. emoticon emoticon

    Ice cream sure is a weakness for me in the summer, too! Pop doesn't quench my thirst as much as water when I'm hot though. Good luck staying away from both... emoticon

    Linda, I can totally relate to the ice cream thing. If I buy it, I sit and eat straight out of the carton. If Steve doesn't eat it, then you could always ask him to stop buying it.

    Good luck on your goals for August. Your goal for ice cream would be totally unachievable for me; I would have to not have it in the house. LOL I've drank water only for so long that soda doesn't even tempt me anymore. emoticon think positive and stay focused! emoticon emoticon
