Today was New You Bootcamp 7 min leg workout:
This is a pretty straight forward leg workout. You need a balance ball for it. I didn't feel like it was enough at just 7 min, 12 min would have been better for something like this. But it would be good to add to another video.
If you have bad knees, this is not for you though, lots of squats and lunges.
