It was the week of January 13, 2013 that I joined SparkPeople. I initially set my goal to loss 10 pounds.
Today I got on the scale and I am down 11 pounds. Yippee! Now, see I need to lose at least another 10 pounds or maybe 15. With the help and support of SparkPeople, I can do this. Thanks everyone!
