I haven't written my goals down in quite sometime. Maybe this is part of the reason why I am lost and struggling. Maybe there is something to writing things down. Since I have entered maintenance, I couldn't think of any goals. I was focused on losing weight for 2 years. Here are some goals for August.
1. Get through the month without going completely broke.
2. Earn at least 4,000 spark points.
3. Strength train at least 3x a week.
4. Pool at least 2x a week.
5. Write my son once a week.
6. Have a private conversation with Brianna who is going off to college.
7. Maintain weight loss.
