Blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month. (A&I August BSG Challenge)

The month of July was extremely busy. We had a lot of High school baseball, Cheerleading camp, vacation and a family reunion. I didn't keep track of goals or accomplishments so I'm not sure how successful I was. But August will be a much calmer schedule and I'm starting it off good so far.



30 minutes of fitness a day!

Absorb as much freggies as possible!

    Great goals for the month! I understand about crazy but my crazy starts when school starts...end of August/first of September. That's when it'll be hard for me to keep up.
