I have been in a better
mood because I've been getting back into the roll of things.
I have been logging what I eat & I've been trying to eat more fruits & veggies. I know that I drink lots of water, which flushes waste from my body. I've been trying to cut down on sweets & eat more fruit. I try & eat a
w/fruit a day because it keeps me full almost all day & I won't eat when I'm bored.
I try & do my Zumba Core /Rush but my knee has been acting up. I want to get back to working out more than 15 min.
I'm glad that I have the support from all my friends on SP. Thankz!
