the story of my life lately. I'm weighing in daily but that's about it right now. I'm hoping to get on track but right now I just don't have my "head in the game" for a number of reasons BUT... the increased activity, water and freggies have been helping soooo... here's to being me and knowing that sometimes I CAN'T do it ALL.

so, I reached out today, and decided to set goals and revamp my page.... and well, here goes....

Gain Strength and Energy, focus on the positives of this journey, and encourage my SparkFriends along the way!

    Save $1 per pound lost, you can also deposit change in a jar for fitness. for example each fitness minute equals 1 penny. It adds up and makes things a little more fun. (this is what i've started doing)

    Take progress pictures Every 10-20 lbs and make a scrap book of all progress also include your Non scale victories, these are very important! Especially for those times when the scale refuses to move. Those moments of victory will help keep you from quitting.

    Get a Hair cut, or hair color

    Get a pedometer- compete with yourself to get more steps in each day

    Subscribe to a health magazine

    Anything that doesn't cost much to make you feel good about yourself. Make-up, costume jewelry, a new purse, hair clips, inspiring music, art supplies, etc. The list can be endless.

    200 -Plan Onederland success party = BUH BYE TERRIBLE TWOS!
    195 - Freecycle all big clothes, and inventory clothing needs in smaller sizes
    190 - Shopping spree for new clothes with Mom
    185 - Check on passport status and flight rates
    180 - Buy new bathing suits - Freecycle ALL big clothes (again)
