Feeling like my motivation to eat well is going downhill for the last 2 weeks. I know I need to stop munching on junk, but once night-time comes....I just eat stuff that is unhealthy for no reason. Can't seem to stop myself when I do it. Does anyone else have this problem? I think I just need to get myself into bed....if I am sleeping, I am not eating, right? Why can't we lose weight by eating M&M's????? What's up with that? Ha.
I am keeping up with my workouts though, but the all-or-nothing part of me wants to ditch the workout the morning after I eat a bunch of junk. Trying not to listen to my all-or-nothing brain. So, here I go......no binging on junk tonight. I will read a good book instead and eat a tootsie pop instead. Or, just go to bed.
