Well, it's weigh-in day and for me, a real mirror of my week. I was coming off of camp and flu at the beginning of the challenge, which put me at the low end of my weight. Then, this week I ended up ripping the muscle in my arm and had to take it easy and obviously along with that, TOO easy, so my weight is really lousy this first weigh-in! I know, excuses, excuses. All I can really do is apologize to my teammates and try to do better this week. I really want to look better for my daughter's wedding. This week's goal is to track your food, something I really appreciate about SP!!! It helps me see, even though I don't always want to, where I chose wrongly and can do better. I know I've got to increase my veggies, not my fruits. But I refuse to drink them or grind them up in food, I think I'll find some way, though. I hope for a good week, one day at a time. Hope yours are all as good or better!!!!
