I've had a bad week. I have had a migraine/sinus headache for 1 whole week. Not debilitating but bad enough that the only exercise I did was walk the dog. Now for the last two days I wake with a headache but it does go away (almost).

At least I still lost .2 lb. I didn't gain. I did not eat right, but again, I could have done so much worse.

It is frustrating that the source of headaches is not easily determined. Can't blame it on hormones at my age. The weather gets the rap often. Oh, well, I just have to keep working through it.

I have been getting a little depressed lately. I backed off working out so much because I think I was working out too much. I was starting to feel more tired and sore than I should be. I hope now that the headaches are going away, I'll get beck into the swing of things.

    Can't imagine suffering for a week like that!! Hope they have finally cleared up!. You did well to lose two pounds in spite of feeling so bad.
I tend to have a problem over exercising too as I love going to a variety of fitness classes. One thing that is vital is to make sure you have a good stretch at the end of a session. I find classes don't do enough and I do my own at home after. It can take as many as 20 minutes, but its so worth it to stave off unnecessary soreness.
Sleep is important too, one thing I struggle with, as is making sure you take one day off from exercising a week. I use it to walk or hike easy trails, so I am still moving, just not intensely.

    We all know that bad days, weeks even months happen. As long as they do not cause you to lose focus those days are always yesterday. Keep it up!

  there has to be a reason for those headaches.

Check out what you are eating and do some research on the internet about headaches and what kinds of foods or spices that cause them.

Other wise it seems as if you are doing very good.

    Sorry you're not feeling well. You're right! It could have been worse. At least you lost .2. Don't give up. Remember, "one step at a time." You can do it!!!!
