They think that by stopping me from my emoticon that i am finished and i will be so miserable . . . what they can't take away from me is all the knowledge, support, tools etc i have acquired with SP.

I can still be fit, doing more emoticon at home, more walking definitely,it takes me about 60 minutes to walk to my office from my home,i will try to do it to and fro (120 mins) emoticon
So this will be my major fitness activity for 5 days in the week for the following weeks (i don't know when this Ban will end).

I hope i don't bore you with my issues,What i am trying to tell them is that they just slowed me down, they didn't stop me.

I will definitely miss my RUNS,SWEATS . . . BUT I AM MOVING ON,NO STOPPING ME!

I walk to and from work also, and it's a great work out! You can certainly use that, and maybe on your way home you could pick up the pace a little and still get your sweats! Best of luck!

I'm confused by the below message -- as far as I know you ARE supposed to walk facing traffic?

Anyway, who isn't letting you run? That's a bummer that you're not able to for whatever reason. But walking is GREAT, great exercise. Good luck.

Good luck, I have just stopped running because if a hip injury, I miss it, but walking is more relaxing!

Be careful not to get hit by a car, with so many kids driving and doing texting and not watching the road. Just be careful. I always walk FACING traffic, even though you are not suppose to do that. emoticon
