That was Short!!!

Friday August 2cnd

This mornings workouts was JNL Fusion 10 minute Total Body!! Man was that short but after that short workout would you believe I was dripping sweat?? because it was so short I PUSHED it with all I had! It was awesome and short! And it went by fast! To fast!! So I did The Firm Time Crunch Cardio/ Crardio Sculpt Combo right after and the 2 made for a perfect first thing in the morning workout!!

after my workout I cleaned house now my house is clean and so is my car!! FEELS AWESOME!!

Tomorrow is my rest day and I hope to enjoy it!! and its also my cheat day!!

Gotta love those!

    you are always so inspiring! Got my cardio in this moring as well with my usual hike over the big hill by our place - 35 minutes but I was dripping as well :) Have a great day!

    You are the queen of workouts! Enjoy your rest and your cheat day. Thanks for the comment about carb cycling. Yeah I did read up on it the other day because of your posts. Right now I am doing well with weight loss (6lbs 2 weeks) but if things slow down I will absolutely give Chris P's plan a try. I will download it on Kindle when I get back from vacation. What's your favorite cheat food?

Girl, you got a triple workout! emoticon You sure know how to bring it in everything you do! emoticon You so deserve your rest day, as always cause you work so hard during the week!
