What a terrible loss for you and your family! We never know why some people leave us too soon but I think it is great that you are able to think about your own health and your desire to live long and healthy. Your sister's death will not ever be a good thing but you can make some good come out of it.

Theresa I don't know you but I am wishing you peace. I have never lost a sibling but my dad passed on about 7 years ago. I still cannot think of him without tearing up. With the pain also comes memories. Have you ever thought of perhaps making a scrap book of memories of your sister? It is something you would do with love and in the outcome you would have something to cherish and in those times when you are feeling down take the book out and experiences those smiles and heartaches together. Blessings your way for a healing heart ~ Donna

Theresa, I am so sorry about your sister. I've never lost a sister, but I still miss my mom every single day and I lost her more than 10 years ago. I'm sure your sister's an amazing woman and you have so many wonderful memories of her, as I do with my mom. When I miss her the most, I try to think of those times and find some comfort. I hope you can find some comfort in dealing with your deep loss. Wishing you peace, Jan

I am so sorry you lost your sister,it is a loss you never get over and time passing does help I know because I lost my youngest son four years ago this month and I really miss his silliness,he couldn't carry a tune in a bucket but he insisted on singing to me over the phone on my birthday and other holidays. Funny isn't it the things we remember
when they are gone.I hope you will find your inner peace and enjoy your memories
in the not too distant future.

    God Bless.
