This morning I worked on the elliptical. I was towards the end of my book (Man'O War by Walter Farley) and I wanted to finish it. So, I ended up doing 90 minutes. Then afterwards, I did a 20 min SP strength & stretch video (this was for the SP Weekly Challenge team I am on), then I did my achilles/calf stretch routine for 10 min.
The 5% Challenge started last week and I had decided I was going to do my best to exercise for 120 minutes each day -- This week I did! I am looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow. I will be going to the gym to meet my trainer who will do an official weigh-in.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day in for the 5% challenge.
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. High protein bar for one snack
5. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
