Elliptical = Finished Book

Friday, August 02, 2013

This morning I worked on the elliptical. I was towards the end of my book (Man'O War by Walter Farley) and I wanted to finish it. So, I ended up doing 90 minutes. Then afterwards, I did a 20 min SP strength & stretch video (this was for the SP Weekly Challenge team I am on), then I did my achilles/calf stretch routine for 10 min.

The 5% Challenge started last week and I had decided I was going to do my best to exercise for 120 minutes each day -- This week I did! I am looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow. I will be going to the gym to meet my trainer who will do an official weigh-in.

Daily Goals....
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day in for the 5% challenge. emoticon 120 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon 6
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon 10
4. High protein bar for one snack emoticon
5. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon

    Congrats on your 120 minutes for the 5% challenge! I made it too, but not sure I'll be able to next week.

You are rocking the week, girl!

    Walter Farley was my FAVORITE author when I was younger! I LOVE being able to read and still get an awesome workout on the elliptical. Can't do that on the treadmill! Keep up the good work!
