Friday night

Ok day..Zumba class, errands, tutoring, and then a nice walk in the park with dh.

Told my instructor/girlfriend that I needed surgery on my knee. She was sad and so am I.

Then I talked to a friend who had similar surgery in May...her story was a bit scary,on crutches for a week, couldn't drive for two weeks..think I will make some contingency plans, just in case!

Good night my friends! emoticon

I'm sure you don't need to hear anyone's horror stories, and we want you to plan on resting as long as they tell you to, Teacher. Time to listen to the Doctors.... don't want to hurt anything by doing things too fast, that's for sure..

Be thankful it isn't a total knee replacement. Then you are off your feet and can't drive for 8 weeks.

Surgery--ugh. What is the diagnosis? I can't do Zumba or kick boxing because it torques my knees too much. Water exercise helps me a lot! As does biking! Hang in there and heal quickly!
