Day 2 SP Video Jump Start-Kickboxing

Today is my SP 6 yr anniversary! WOOHOO!

Today was New You Bootcamp 10 min Kickbox workout:

I really liked this one. It was short but a nice add on to 20-30min on the treadmill or elliptical.
If you are wondering about kickboxing this is a very simple easy intro to kickboxing that will give you an idea of what it's all about. It's not difficult to follow and Coach Nicole is great, as usual, at cuing and making it accessible for all fitness levels. I love Coach Nicole emoticon

This one is a keeper and I'll definitely use this one again. emoticon
