Today was a good day. I've gotten the fitness bug lately. This is the most consistent I've ever been in my entire life. I started this habit last week. I took a walk two days in a row. I thought that was pretty good. I took a day or two off and decided to call my friend Krista. She had voiced interest in working out and getting fit. She said she was down and came over for my favorite two mile hill walk. I find when I plan a walking route I look for hills, that way I get more for my effort. Well we have worked out 4 days together this week and luckily both agree that we don't mind walking in the rain and I went and swam for a half hour the other day.
I actually got a message box on the bottom of my page telling me I needed to readjust my settings since I had burned more than twice the amount of calories I had been set up for. That made my day! I'm excited and full of energy and almost naturally, have been eating less calories. I went from over eating to eating just enough to maybe a little not enough on days I'm tired and fall asleep before 2nd snack.
I feel like this is the start of a beautiful new stage in my life. I'm excited for what life has to offer and am ready to make the changes I need to, so I can live the life I really love and want.
