I wasn't sure what kind of a day I would have as I've been awake since 3am.
I got out of bed around 4am and onto the computer catching up with my sparkfriends. There I remained for 2 hours until a friend said that he had already completed 20 minutes of exercise and what had I done. I said "Nothing."
I was afraid that if I put off exercising that I'd be too tired later on to do it, so I got off my butt and started moving.
First I did a Leslie Sansone 1-mile workout, then another one of hers - 2 more miles. Then hit Walk it Out 28 minutes. After all that I went upstairs for a yogurt and hubby asked if I wanted to go for a walk. OK! Another 2.5 miles done. Then tonight I went on the Wii again for another 10. Total fitness minutes today: 121!!!
Also today I stayed within range (although I made a few not good choices), even with going to the movies and dinner with hubby.
You don't know what you can do until you try.
