That's me today. I started out really well but after lunch my eating has slid down the proverbial hill. I did have two coffees this morning, but I had made adjustments for that. What I didn't make room for in my calories for the day was the daymn mini Baby Ruth's and Butterfingers one of my evil co-worker (and really friend) brought in after lunch. Now I have to log them. And see where I stand tonight. But I'm thinking I need to hit the old Xbox (Your Shape Fitness 2012) or the treadmill at home. Even though I did 62 mins on the elliptical at lunch and walked 7,000 steps before that.
It's just been one of THOSE days.
OK...no beating myself up. I screwed up but I can now move on and do better the rest of tonight and beyond. One bright spot...my weight was down a tad this morning.
But now we face the weekend and while I have been doing better on the weekends..it's always a struggle. But I WILL do my BEST to make it though!
I walked the second floor at work this morning and I saw this part of a huge balloon though one of the windows. When I got to the far end of the building I saw this:
It landed in the open field across the street from my office. I thought it was way cool!
I updated my Facebook page with all the books I've been reading...yes even those semi-trashy ones.
I see you shaking your head over there Calen!!!
But a little alien (or Vampire, Werewolf, etc) romance never hurt a girl!
There was some hard sci fi in there too. And hey..most of them were FREE for my Kindle app.
I think I'm going to try and find my "Before" pictures I took a long time ago and then take some 'Now" pictures and see it I can any difference between the two. I hope I can.
I made chili for dinner last night. Hubby loves my chili so he was happy. And there was enough left over for another meal so I popped that into the freezer. It's always nice to have something on hand that I fix fast during the week, Tonight..who knows what we'll have.
So that's my Friday. Not as successful as I'd like..but there it is. I hope yours is going better! And have a great weekend!
