Today I did my walk/jog and I found a circle walkway around a pavilion/playground!
I measured it by counting the sidewalk blocks, then measured each blocks. It came out to about 1/8 of a mile! I can jog around that pretty easy. so I jogged then walked around it 6 times!
So I am thinking that that would be a great place for interval and endurance traing!
Tomorrow I will try again and each week try to increase!
Sound like a good idea? I think so!
And it is also different, not boring yet!
