Week 6, Day 6

Well these last two weeks have been absolutely terrible for me. Now that I am done with my challenge, I have been having to push myself to work out instead of having the incentive of the group. Last week i worked out 4 of the 5 days, but this week I only worked out 2. Next week I will be on vacation so that will make it harder too!
Hoping I can stay on track while on vacation and then when I get back its time to KICK IT BACK IN GEAR!

    You can do, in my situation, I just diagnosis with Parkinson Disease and dr says I need to excerise and I used too b4 I got this and than after that, I went into depression mode. Now I am fighting back, will be posing pics up soon, but looking at what ur doin and overcoming is AWESOME.....

    If you are looking for for challenges try teams with active challenges it's what works for me. Good luck
