It’s been about three days not that I don’t go to the gym…. Too tiered, there’s something better that I need to do or I just don’t want to go. Yes, I have been replacing gym with “fitness Steps” which is something I created (check blog for descriptions) – better then nothing. However Fitness steps do NOT replace actual “cardio” or “strength” training – AT ALL. This picture helps me with that – when even I start making excuses I will look at it and remember that EXCUSES DON’T BURN CALORIES! And that is something important to remember if i want to fit into my shorts and reach my goals.
