Excuses! Excuses! Excuses!

It’s been about three days not that I don’t go to the gym…. Too tiered, there’s something better that I need to do or I just don’t want to go. Yes, I have been replacing gym with “fitness Steps” which is something I created (check blog for descriptions) – better then nothing. However Fitness steps do NOT replace actual “cardio” or “strength” training – AT ALL. This picture helps me with that – when even I start making excuses I will look at it and remember that EXCUSES DON’T BURN CALORIES! And that is something important to remember if i want to fit into my shorts and reach my goals.

    I know, i can't wait to be able to take mine back out... its when i was in the best shape of my life... i can't do them where i a now..,. but hoppingn to move out soon andn get "my" workout space back.

    Which is another reason I don't like the gym! At home, with my DVD's, weights, resistance bands etc.....I don't have an excuse! It's all right there in my face!
